On the stability side we combine physics-based modeling with ML scoring to identify mutations that raise the melting point, reduce aggregation and improve shelf life in your chosen formulation — without compromising activity.

On the expression side we optimize codon usage, folding properties and N- and C-terminal regions in the context of the specific host system — from E. coli and yeasts to mammalian cells.

This is particularly relevant for biologics, industrial enzymes and miniprotein therapeutics, where producibility and shelf life drive the economics of the whole program.
