De novo miniprotein therapeutics

Hyperstable miniproteins as a compact alternative to monoclonal antibodies — engineered for stability, manufacturability and tissue penetration.

Miniproteins are one of the most promising frontiers in modern therapeutics: compact enough to manufacture well and penetrate tissue, yet large enough to engage demanding binding surfaces with high specificity. We design them de novo against your target.

Methodically we combine generative models for backbone and sequence design with physics-based refinement, energetic scoring and explicit optimization for stability and manufacturability. The aim is not just a binder, but a binder that is also practically usable.

This directly addresses the real-world limitations of monoclonal antibodies: size, cost of production, restricted tissue penetration and sensitivity to formulation conditions.

You receive a candidate library — from target to prioritized wet-lab list — built entirely in silico, with a clear IP position and a fully reproducible design history.
